  • Different output data among inverters

    Check communication cable, only one CT/meter should be installed.

  • Parallel inverters not synchronizing

    Check parallel cable, DIP switch ON, firmware versions identical.

  • Multiple inverters installed but only one shows correct reading

    Ensure only one meter/CT is connected, others get data via parallel communication.

  • USB stick not working during firmware upgrade?

    Must use USB2.0 stick ≤32GB, FAT32 format. USB3.0 is not supported.

  • EPS output trips breaker immediately, why?

    Check if EPS circuit is mixed with grid circuit. EPS must power only independent loads.

  • How to verify parallel operation?

    On LCD/APP check whether all inverters display same power data. If not, check parallel cable and smart meter.

  • How to configure CT/meter in parallel?

    Only one CT/meter needed; others share data automatically.

  • Parallel system not working?

    Check if parallel cable is correct, DIP switch set to ON, and firmware versions are consistent.

  • How to connect two inverters in parallel?

    Use PARALLEL1/2 ports (RJ45) with cable, and set DIP switch to ON.
